  • How do I introduce Alice & Eli supplements to my dog?

    Start slow, if your dog isn’t used to supplements.
    Most pups do great from day one, but sensitive tummies appreciate a “gentle onboarding.” Begin with ¼–½ of the full amount for a few days, then work your way up. This gives their gut a minute to adjust and helps avoid “Why is my dog gassy today?” emails. 

  • My dog is picky. How do I get them to eat it?

    Ah, picky pups ... we see you.
    Try mixing the supplement into a bit of something irresistible (bone broth, wet food, raw goat milk, a yummy topper).
    You can also split the daily amount into two smaller servings.
    If your dog is a certified food detective, sprinkle it and let it sit for 5–10 minutes so the smell blends in. Works like a charm.

  • Can I use this with my other supplements or meds?

    Usually, yes — Alice & Eli products play nicely with others.
    But because every dog is unique, we always recommend checking with your vet if your pup is on medication or has a specific medical condition. If you’re stacking multiple supplements, you can give them all together or space them out. Whatever works for your routine.

  • How long before I notice a difference?

    Some dogs perk up fast (we love an overachiever), while others take a little longer.
    Most of the time, you'll see changes in 2–6 weeks depending on your dog's age, diet, lifestyle and the product. The key is consistency — think daily habits, not magic wands.

  • I missed a day… did I ruin everything?

    Nope. You’re still a great dog mom or dad.
    Just pick up where you left off the next day. No doubling up needed.

  • Can I give more than the recommended amount?

    Stick with the daily guidelines on the label — they’re built just right for long term use.
    If you accidentally gave a little extra (it happens), your dog will likely be fine. Just resume the normal amount tomorrow.

  • How should I store Alice & Eli products?

    Cool, dry, and out of the “sunny kitchen window” spot.
    You don’t need to refrigerate most Alice & Eli products, but sealing the bag or jar tightly keeps everything fresh and keeps curious noses out.

  • My dog’s poop looks different. Is that normal?

    Yep, totally normal.
    Any time you introduce a new food or supplement, your dog’s gut goes, “Hmm, new thing!” A little soft stool or a change in color/texture in the first week can happen.
    If things don’t settle down after a few days of slow introduction, reach out — we’re happy to help.

  • Can I give this to puppies or seniors?

    Most Alice & Eli products are great for dogs of all ages.
    For young puppies (under 4 months), seniors on medications, or dogs with known health issues, just check with your vet so everything plays nicely.

  • What if my dog doesn’t like it or I’m not seeing results?

    We want you and your bestie to be happy.
    Before you give up, message us — most issues are fixable (think: adjusting the serving, slowing the intro, changing timing, pairing it with food).
    Returns are always an option, but we can usually solve the problem faster so you don’t have to send anything back. 

  • What is your return policy?

    If you don't love your Alice and Eli stuff, simply send it back within 30 days for a full refund. We'll even pay for the shipping in the US! Returning items is easy and you don't have to answer any questions. Just email us at sales@aliceandeli.comto start the return.

  • How can I cancel an order?

    If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us through our toll-free number at 1 833-946-1969, Monday to Thursday, 8 am - 8 pm ET, Friday 8 am - 7 pm ET, and Saturday 9 am - 12 pm ET. You can also email us at sales@aliceandeli.com, or use the live chat on our website.

    Please note that we ship out orders the same day if they are placed before 1pm ET (Monday through Saturday). So if you want to cancel, make sure to do it before 1pm. Otherwise, wait until you receive your package and then you can start the return process for a refund.

  • How long does shipping take?

    We offer multiple shipping methods, including standard shipping, expedited shipping, and express shipping. Most standard shipping orders arrive within 3-4 business days in the US.

  • Why don't your products come with measuring spoons?

    We formulate our products so they can be easily measured with the measuring spoons you already have at home. That means less plastic waste and a greener future for dogs, their humans and all beings.

  • Are your ingredients organic?

    We do our best to use organic ingredients whenever possible and we avoid products grown in China. 

    Some things can’t really be ‘organic’ or aren’t necessary (such as hyaluronic acid and collagen). For these ingredients, we always make sure they are responsibly manufactured and come from clean sources. But all of our fruits, veggies and greens are 100% certified organic.

    US and international orders are shipped from our Hockley, Texas location while Canadian orders ship from Ontario.
